Chavez is the man, he easily beats off the competition of Nibali. Quintana comes last, he looks like an old Peruvian woman who's spent 90 years on the sunblasted windswept hills of Machu Picchu.

Quintana has an indigenous background and that's he what looks like.

There is no need to make comments about his appearance because he doesn't have European features. You wouldn't do it about a Chinese rider or someone from central Africa.
