Did Kirby just say that Nibali can go into history with the likes of Hesjedal

Also, Eurosport still hasn't mentioned the battle for 2nd between Nibs and Nairo.

It's not Carlton, wish it was thoygh, miss his ludacris comments

It's british eurosport, their viewership skews anglophone so they have to say these complete idiocies to maintain public interest. Go watch any other language and it'll be the same with other riders.

Like how Sean Kelly ignored basic math by saying that Yates would be "right up there at the thick of it without the time lost at Blockhaus". It's all to drum up interest.

Froome to try the double next year?

If someone can do it, it's him.

He won't risk losing the Tour to win the Giro.

Assuming Froome stays at Sky and Sky continue to exist as a team, he'll only do the Giro if/when his career starts to wind down a bit and Sky have a co-leader backup plan for July they can back if Froome is cooked.

Dumoulin to Sky. ;)

What would really have spiced this TT up would be if Froome was in Nibali's position going into this, ie 14 seconds to protect against Dumo
