Nothing's getting cancelled tomorrow. Stop it already with that talk... The Tour was the same crap every day. People couldn't stop talking about the cancellation ad nauseam... We are going all the way to Milano!!!
I really hope not, and I didn't say that with the tour. My concern is that we actually have a guy who has been in the peloton for several days, with covid.

Also, there's been talk that some of the big mountain finishes might be cancelled because of the weather? I really hope the Giro will go as planned.

I still think Nibali has enough up his sleeve for the third week. Lots of experience and a proven killer. But yes, Kelderman might be on the highest level at this exact moment.

Sad for Castroviejo, he deserves a (non-TT) individual success after such an altruistic carreer.

This turned out to be more of a puncheur stage. Of course Nibali was going to lose a bit of time to Kelderman/Fuglsang.

The time trial and Piancavallo will tell us who is going to win.

This stage wasn't. The original weekend was the current stages 7 and 8.

Edit: that's not completely true as the Brindisi stage would have started from Castrovillari, which now had the Matera stage start.

I just refuse to accept Kelderman could actually win a gt

But looking back at the way he was presented in this forum at the start of his pro career, everyone has to accept and believe!
Wilco is the old Remco.

Did you think that Pogacar would win the Tour this year and that Porte woud get third ? In this field Kelderman matches up quite well. The only previous grand tour winner in this race will be 36 next month !
I definitely would have found that more likely than Kelderman winning the Giro though. That's more in line with the crazy people who had Roglic as their Tour favorite.

Pogacar was an unkown entity.

Porte had the ability to do top 5 in the Tour if we look at his history in mountains and ITTs in shorter stage races.

Kelderman on the other hand has simply never before been remotely good enough to win a GT in the high mountains on any stage when not crashing out.

This reminds me of the 2017 Vuelta honestly.
