Almeida doesn't really need to attack, I think. If the gaps stay more or less like they are now, he has a good chance to take pink in the ITT.

Phrase ITT doesn't mean much - the strongest climber will win it and the main differences vs a normal stage are that a weaker guy can't wheelsuck and that it's a single climb effort.
