Far from official. That list is pretty mid. A lot has been paved, discovered or I have investigated in the decade since that I could probably do a much bigger and more geographically diverse list now and leave off a bunch of the contentious ones too. Really obvious stuff like Ijen Crater, Mount Washington and Genting Highlands are missing, for example. The only way to officially know is to find that list of 150 climbs harder than Alpe d'Huez that @Libertine Seguros once posted just because I made a throwaway comment complaining about Alpe d'Huez, but I can never seen to find it.
And yes, it's a beast. But when you think about what the 3rd (Santa Barbara is okay I guess) and 4th hardest climb this Giro is the route looks so mid.
Very risky for Red Bull considering they're very short of competente climber atm. This smells like a Pellizzari stage win. If he’s allowed to go in the break.
Is the Spanish frying pan in trouble today?Del Toro staying near the front.
I think it's to veto any big group. Nuggets is close by.Is the Spanish frying pan in trouble today?
And the great Babadag is missing.Far from official. That list is pretty mid. Well there needs to be a railway next to the route.Where was the train in all the previous stages?
Isn't it awesome how the choo-choo is running parallel to the riders? And the scenery is gorgeous too!Where was the train in all the previous stages?
