I remember last year when Uran & Henao got top 10 & when asked about it, he was actually disappointed because Cavendish had lost the Maglia Rossa....

A total loss. Come on this is the best possible result they could have had. If we remove Wiggins descending losses upto the TT Nibali was very close to Wiggins. The way the mountains were and with the atrocious weather, Nibali would have gained enough to win. 2nd in the Giro, two wins and the team prize is extremely good. It used to be good for Andy Schleck as well as Ullrich, Pantani, and their teams

A team like Sky shouldn't really care about anything outside a top 5. The Maglia Rossa however, is a main prize, and Cav really wanted the Grand Slam of points competitions.(+ British performances attract way more publicity)

Not a bad Giro although they did go out to win the race. 2nd in GC and 2 stage wins is more than some teams have managed.

They will make up for it in the Tour anyway (which as we know is the race Sky really care about)

They would have to be happy with Uran's performance especially when Wiggo dropped out. Sky would be unhappy about Uran leaving, though I suppose but when you start making the podium you would want to be a team leader so can understand Uran wanting to go.
