Timetrialling with a graunched elbow is evil. You end up stuck to the elbow pads with blood and goo.

i have one issue with yesterdays stage...
that ridiculous strip they gave di luca to wear, especially with the camera behind him..... not good, not flattering.. he looked like a fat girl in a leotard, or as the wife put it, a blanchmange in a catsuit..

i would put a photo but im still trying to get the image out of my head..
