I had a look on this only today, but I kept thinking about possible scoring system and have a proposal here.

List as many riders as you want:
3 points for correct rider
1 point for team-mate
-½ point for each rider too many in the list (list having 7, break having 5 would give -1 point)


With team having multiple riders, points can be assigned only once. Using today's stage as an example with Vacansoleil riders
Hoogerland and Westra - 6 points
Hoogerland or Westra and rider not in the break - 4 points
Hoogerland or Westra - 3 points
Two or more riders, not in the break - 2 points
one rider, not in the break- 1 point
