Marcin Białobłocki? Yes. Very impressed that you found those stroked out ls on your keyboard.
Is he the only rider to win a WT stage while on a Continental team? He had said he was retiring from competitive cycling in 2019, and apparently stopped his UK Time Trial appearances at that point. He now seems to have moved back to Poland, briefly set up Bialoblocki Pro Racing (with only himself and one other team member, according to First), and has done the Polish Time Trial (but not Road Race) championships the last couple of years.
