No, and I think it was absolutely correct to answer without an asterisk. For some reason I just only went through Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador. Of those, only Unai Etxebarria matched.

I believe that there are technicalities about ensigns, state flags, civic flags and stipulations as to who should fly what version where. The version of the Argentine flag with the sun in the middle is apparently meant to be for governmental use only, but it was pure weight of numbers that was driving me down the Colombian route.

But I do like winding up my Ecuadorian friends by pointing out that their flag (as they are not acting on behalf of the government there) is identical to the Colombian one.
