Well, maybe one day I'll go with Alex Zanardi, always was a fan of his, back from the days when I followed motorsport.
I don't know what an "abnormal" amount of top 10s would be as obviously it would vary rider to rider. If, say, Ran Margaliot (it's not Ran Margaliot) suddenly had a run of top 10s it would seem abnormal, but if Marianne Vos (it's not Marianne Vos) went more than a few race days without a single top 10 it would seem abnormal too. He does not have many in the last races he entered.
He is African.

Indeed. Great rider, I have a lot of time for him and wish he could have had the chance to profit from the UCI's globalization drive, because I think he could have made it in Europe much better than most of those 2012-13-era points signings given time. He wouldn't have been any great superstar or anything, but I think he could have been a decent pro.

Well... some questions, such as asking what races a rider has won, or what country he's or she is from is from are sort of "Group Questions". Of course you shouldn't just start a question by asking every possible country in the World, and every possible race, but once it has been narrowed down...
And the male/female, active/inactive questions are just a nice place to start a game.
The purpose of this game is to eventually reach the thought-of person by asking relevant questions, not to keep going forever.
Short version: Multiple questions are okay, but don't just running in and Go
