I wonder if kingjr is aware of some trivia that made it obvious I would do Benjamí Prades at some point: until 2007, he competed internationally in biathlon.

Also, Marcos García would have been impossible as he's raced three Vueltas and a Giro in his time with Xaco and Caja Rural.
