Tour of Britain's non-WT, which means it can't be Kai Reus, the unluckiest man in cycling.

So my question is, why isn't it Kai Reus?

Neither of the two.

Kai Reus is a good try though. He's an unlucky guy, the tyoe of rider I usually have in mind.

No to all of them.

He has been a National champion in road cycling but not at the Elite level.

(I know, he wouldn't even be old enough to be a junior rider then...)

Career stopped because of injury?
