He is not alive.
He has never been sanctioned for doping to my knowledge.
He never rode for Kelme or ONCE.
He was not active after 1999, and not professionally before 01/01/94 (though his amateur career predates this).

The wording of my answer in my last post before this one holds the key.

RHD, if he was active at some point in the 90s then surely by proxy he was active before 2000?

I might have meant Active after 2000? My brain wasn't quite working yesterday. Like always...

I suspect Del got it, but if not:

Died during his active career?
Rode for Euskaltel as a stagiare?

Del did indeed get it, Agustín rode for the Fundación Euskadi, which I presume was what was intended by that question, but he never rode for Euskaltel because back when he was a pro they were Euskadi-Petronor, he had retired because of his injuries before the telecommunications network stepped in and those iconic orange jerseys we all knew and loved were born.

Yes. Obviously got the naming of the team wrong.
Never heard of him and he doesn't have a English Language Wiki page. (only a Spanish one). But i did intead to ask whether he had won a stage of Pais Vasco in my next question. Still probably wouldn't have found the correct answer.

Male, Active, not European nor is he from the Americas, not on a WT team nor on a pro-Conti team and has never won a monument though he has raced a monument. He was born before the 01/01/1990 and is from a country with a coastline
