I can't think of any Tajiks or Turkmens that have been on European teams and been active post-2000. There have been a few unusual nationalities in the Soviet days - Gennadi Lebedev was Turkmen, for example, and Shakhid Zagretdinov was based all through his life in Uzbekistan but is of Tatar origin.
