His most recent race was indeed this year
And it was in the Asian part of Turkey
I am evil
He is Ukrainian (and therefore not Mustafa Sayar - I think I did choose him once in this thread before, I definitely did one of the crazy Törku guys)
He is also not Stanislau Bazhkou

(I should have known it wasn't Sayar: I had already asked about transcontinental country)
First name starts with a letter in the first half of the (Latin) alphabet?
Second name starts with a letter in the first half of the (Latin) alphabet?

He has never been national TT champion
He is not Oleksandr Polivoda
His first name starts in the first half of the Latin alphabet
His second name starts in the first half of the Latin alphabet

If you want to be pedantic, now that we've established he is Ukrainian, I can advise that in the Cyrillic alphabet his (full) name DOES include an х, but I answered "no" as the Latin version does not and it would have been misleading otherwise - and with the national teams and the latest race being in Turkey there was already enough sleight of hand here.
