I'd like to know why Del thinks Tuhai is incorrect and has struck her through.

She's female, she's not active, she has been active since 2004 and is not from Liechtenstein. She's born after 1/1/92 and therefore of course before 1/1/80. She's European, but Belarus - for whom she competed - is not part of the EU, and her birthplace - Minsk - is in the same country she represents, which is not in the Americas. She's competed in the Elite World Championships Road Race but not since 1/1/15 (her only start in it was in Ponferrada in 2014, her only other chance results and rider qualification-wise would have been 2016, and honestly, what point would there have been entering a rider with Ksusha's skillset in Doha?). She raced in 2016 and 2017 but not since.

And as a flaky, one-dimensional climber in a calendar heavily biased against that kind of rider, she was a rider I had high hopes for. Unfortunately she also has a backstory out of a Chekhov play, and in the end what had helped make her so good ultimately ended her career.
