I was asked about if he had 5 wins or more within the PCS stats. He does. However, not all of them would be classed as pro wins, at least by today's classifications, which may be what's throwing you off the scent.
He started the Tour de France in 2008.
I cannot trace any GT stage top 10s in his output and he was born before 1980.
