Orla Chennaoui? Bingo!
She is mostly working in-studio for ES during races, but she was at the Olympics this year. I believe she covers MotoGP on site.
She isn't Dutch, but she has been living in the Netherlands for a few years now.

Orla, which in Irish originates from a word meaning "golden princess", is also a male name in Denmark. A few politicians, an Olympic TTT champion, a famous frog eating bully in a children's novel, a truck driver who liked a drink or two (probably not known by a other posters), and Lizzie and Philip Deignan's daugther also bear the name.
