Aren't these two questions kinda the same as if you ask male/female or active/retired right after each other? One will always be 'yes', and the other 'no'.

To be fair, a country can be not landlocked and still don't have a Med coastline (e.g. Denmark, Norway, Great Britain, South Africa, etc.).
