I just had a feeling :p

Has the rider in question ridden in a kit somewhat resembling the one in my avatar?
Is he less than 25 years old?

Is he 25 or younger?

Does he have any stage victories, one day race victories outside of nation championships?

He has not raced for Astana, Team Vino4ever or Continental Team Astana.
He is older than 25.
He has won races other than his national championships.

Yes
Yes (don't they all?)
Yes to the latter, it's not THAT long.

Edit, actually, depends how you read it, some race reports link his usually unused second surname to the first, in which case it is very long.

For simplicity, let's just call him Mirsamad, shall we? 'Cause that's who you were looking for, right?

Aye.

Usually he's Mirsamad Pourseyedi, but officially he's Mirsamad Pourseyedi Golakhour, and then in some races they squeeze the names together to create Pourseyedigolakhour, a surname so long that even most Basque riders suggest abbreviating it.

As far as I know, Iranian naming customs are the same as the Spanish, so just Pourseyedi would be most natural.

I'd like to pass on the right of thinking of a rider (yes, I'm a member of the thought police, apparently) to whoever feels like it. I wouldn't have been able to answer for quite a while.

Male? Yes
Active? Yes
European? Yes
Domestique? No (perhaps he's played that role in certain races, but I wouldn't define him as a domestique)
