Fischer - X

Fox, Fletcher, Neben, Small, Stevens, Guarnier, Olds, Abbott all >30

I'm at a bit of a loss to be honest, that's all the US women competing for European-registered UCI road teams in 2015, so unless she's an amateur or falls under an unusual definition in one or more of the questions, not really sure what line to pursue. I'm not so hot on my US cyclocrossers; can't be Compton, she's too old, can't be Dombrowski, she's not active for obvious reasons unfortunately, and can't be Antonneau, she rides for a US team. Going back to the road I guess there's Stacher, though she had no UCI team in 2015.

Look at teams registered for 2016. :)
Edit: Sorry maybe that's my fault. I answered an early question based on where she will be riding in 2016.
