Sorry I made a mistake the GPM should have been no

He is Male and not active retiring before 2000 and was active post WWII
He has won the Giro once (and won no other GTs) which was before 1981 and has podiumed a GT more than once.
He is from a country with a Mediterranean coastline but not Spain
He has never won a GT GPM
He is not Spanish and is neither Alvaro Pino, Francisco Gabica , Giovanni Valetti or Gianni Motta
