Dominik Nerz (Bora were ProConti 2015-16). My only other thought was Reimer, but he never went WT.

On a serios note,
Not necessarily. Even though he was succesful at the U 23 level. He rode for a Continental team before his Pro Contract.

No. Neither of the two.

(A lot of riders ride for a conti team before turning pro... and it's sometimes very well known why a rider gets a WT contract)
