Bingo.
He was good friend with Jouffroy. That's how I got to know him beside the fact that I have a friend living in Franche-Comté, his region.
Émilien is a big waste I thought. He's a former European Cyclocross Champion in 2009. He turned pro with FDJ in 2013 at age 20 but before leaving for the Tour Down Under he had a huge anguish crisis and it led to depression. That's how his road season was all blank.

He came back in 2014 at the GP La Marseillaise and made his best performance with the pros at the Haut-Var, 3rd in Draguignan, dropping Cadel Evans and 8th in the GC. Then another relapse and he only did the GP Plumelec and the Boucles de l'Aulne that year before joining back the CC Etupes with the amateurs. Last year he won the Tour de la Manche and the Critérium du Printemps.
In March last year he was run over by a car while training and broke the scaphoid, that was the answer to RHD's question.
I thought he should have been remembered here.
