I think it could be Vergard Stake Laengen

Oh, there was a flaw in my method. Ranking Tour Down Under participants by age of course showed the riders' ages at the time and he has had his 31st birthday in the interim since then. You're right it could be him as well.

But yes, I would have counted anything beyond 30th birthday as over 30.

Yes, I think I responded differently when I was asked if Dries Van Gestel was over 25 but that felt wrong so I will also answer yes to such a question from now (when he is 25 and it's not his birthday today).
