How do some Spaniards have a different number of colours in their flag than others?
Cyclingfever, which I was perusing to remember who was in the race, puts the ikurriña and the national code EUS instead of the Spanish national flag and code ESP for Basques in its startlists, uniformly across all races. Even for races where they're representing the Spanish national team.
