Great Britain is not in the Southern Hemisphere but it has populated overseas territories which are. This differentiates it from France (I know we excluded it because of not hosting a GT) because Réunion is not regarded as an overseas territory but as a full département, making it an integral part of the French Republic.
There is also another reason for my answer to that question.
