Correct. By the other interpretation, I would have had to answer yes for the same question if I had had, for example, Juan Ayuso in mind (and yes for the first U23 question for the likes of Evenepoel), which doesn't make sense to me.

She crashed in the WC ITT and doesn't have a contract for next year yet it seems, but it doesn't look like she plans to retire already
