ÆØÅ, is it Paolo Magretti? Yes. Winner of the first-ever edition of the Milano-Torino, way back in 1876! He was born in 1854, during the time of the Empire of Austria.
He seemed to specialise in races starting in his hometown of Milano. Though, if could just be a case of cycling ranking doesn't have that much info from so long ago.
There are no current pros called 'Magretti' - to my knowledge.
