Help me replace my dad's jersey

I'm new to this forum and am essentially hoping to catch lightning in a bottle.

My father is an avid cyclist. He and my mother travel Europe on their tandem bicycle. He also occasionally brings his racing bike along and does his own rides as well. While in Italy a couple of years ago (fall of 2013 I believe) he was riding the Stelvio when he was involved in a crash. Long story short, to receive medical attention, his cycling jersey had to be cut away. The jersey he was wearing was one of his favorites. It was from Cycles et Sports shop in France and was the L'Alpe D'Huez Les 21 Virages jersey. I have contacted that company and they said that the collection has been unavailable for a few years.

I am hoping to surprise him with a new jersey if I can find a replacement. I have added a photo of the jersey. I know this is a long shot but perhaps there is someone out there that would know how to locate a replacement.

Another option for the jersey is to clean, repair if possible, iron, and then have it framed.
