Hey, let's tinker with the Vuelta.

Leave the Vuelta alone! It is an unpredictable race for many reasons and that makes it a fun race with it's own personality, I can't see any reason yet why reducing it's length would make it a better race, better stage design would help it but not cutting down the racing days. If they other GT's get cut down then fair enough but at this stage leave the race alone

I am not sure what it has to do with Vuelta "growing" though. Are you going to praise the UCI for PT/WT next?

No, but since a few years the Vuelta has been attracting noticably stronger and more international fields than years earlier, and when the race is being dominated by Spaniards, it's still being dominated by some of the absolute best riders in the world.
