Looks like there is a better version of Universal's stream with Slipstream -- says it is "broadcast quality" and comes with some bells and whistles...
I tried it today (only four bucks for the stage) and it worked pretty well, especially when the free version was not. Quality was nicer than the free version too. I'll probably at least do it for the key stages, but there is a package deal for the rest of the race.
