How long until the USADA report leaks?

USADA has been extremely professional for the entire duration of its very long investigation and prosecution of the USPS Conspiracy. There hasn't been the slightest hint of an improper leak of information.

But now USADA is handing its reasoned decision over to the UCI. The UCI is not commonly regarded as all that professional.

Sooo . . . How long before the UCI leaks the USADA decision?

I put never, but not for the reason given. USADA has been playing a smart game and I hope it continues.

I could see the UCI leaking the report then using that as a ruse to invalidate the whole process. That's about Hein/Pat/Wonderboy intelligence level tactics.

If it comes to that, I hope USADA will have another devastating and succinct answer. Which, it seems like RR is hinting at anway. They've been doing great, they don't need my help...

It would have shocked me if USADA allowed UCI to controll the leaking of information. Tygart is not going to allow UCI to pick and choose which info it wishes to leak into the public...i think it's the right idea to release all the info at once to prevent this

What makes you think USADA would leak that information during the Tour? Why not Johan Bruyneel for instance, who writes a column for De Telegraaf? If it was USADA who "leaked" that info, why haven't they leaked anything else? Like some of the stuff Tygart says is 30 times more damaging than anything in Hamiltons book?

You're giving exact dates? How is that so? And proclaim we will get to see much of it as if you just got off the phone with a source close to the investigation. Who and what do you know?

Unless you know for sure, maybe you've got a source...if you do name it...then why not say "I think it will be released in two weeks."

You speak as if you are someone who already knows, point the finger at other leakers, but act like one yourself. Special powers?

No doubt the report exist and has much to reveal, but you either know something or are just taking an educated guess.

Which is it. I am more upset with the secret source mindset than anything else. I have no illusions that there is substance to USADA's report. I don't like the method, but that's not here or there.

What ends up happening is gossip, and the true facts become clouded in embelishments. Not just in this case, but in general. One fault becomes many, and the truth is proclaimed in books for sale may be partial or misleading. Landis is a prime example of that.

Have you been living under a rock? It's in the public domain, via a press release from USADA, that the file will be handed over by October 15th latest. There have been reports over the weekend that it will be this week. Either way, it's very soon.

As to the rest? RaceRadio has inside information about most things. This is the way of the world.

Yes I have. So my bad, but I guess I would expect RR to cite the press release as the source and other information as well, but that's old school. I am not down this way often because of that precise reason as much is not accredited.
