Training KOMs really don´t tell anything.
They're harder to do in competition, with the wear of the days.
By the way, I saw that yesterday on Instagram. People on Isola are posting videos and photos of Pogacar and commenting on these things.

I am a prophet for saying Pog will demolish the TdF.

Look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair.
Listen idiots I have word from source on the ground that Bastien Tronchon has a new coach and is doing intervals behind a bike as well as training in hot weather, he was average in Dauphine as part of a tactic and has been specifically targeting stage 2 of le tour where he will be 15% better than his competition, you can bookmark this post and if he doesn't win i will delete my myspace account.

He lost 3 seconds because he tried to attack later. Since he had the strength to attack, he clearly wasn't cooked. Not saying he would've closed the gap to Pogacar. Saying Pogacar wouldn't have taken 30s.
This reminds me some people saying WVA, Mads and MVP could close the gap after the Paterberg and they lost 40 seconds on a headwind against Pogacar. And they were really cooperating despite being cooked.
Remco got greedy yesterday, he is a beast on flat terrain and Almeida closed the gap pretty quickly. This tell us a lot about Remco's legs at that point.
