Rosa insane as well. After having lead the GC group for over 10k he is trying to catch the leader group.

Yep. Astana picking the wrong leader yet again it seems. Strange to make Rosa work so hard so early - could easily have held them both back.

Nibali was the strongest last year lol, you don't win after a 17 km solo otherwise. A shame he isn't here because of that crash in the Olympics, would have been top favorite otherwise.

Nibali for sure wasn't the strongest climber last year. Moreno was able to ride San Fermo 20 seconds stronger then him last year.

He was the best rider. Or the most daring. But not the strongest. Would have lost without that monster descent.
