I hope you have fun watching the rerun. I just read your comments. That's more fun than watching a rerun of a race that used to be.

I think Remco learned. He didnt even try to follow Pogacar at all, he should have some left in his tank now opposed to burning himself trying to follow his wheel. In theory but might not be the case.
It is exactly like last year.

Arguably his better chance of gaining time on Pog is on the flat after the descent. Unfortunately time gaps scale with gradient, so he won’t have enough flat road to make the race close.
