Seems like a done deal, most media report on it being all but confirmed and every rider has been told to sign elsewhere if they can.

I dont see them missing out now. Unless Arkea indeed somehow survives (they now would have a chance at getting guaranteed WCs) TDT is going to the Tour. Who else are they gonna give a WC too?
