How much can we expect Zoidl to gain from Seeldraeyers from this TT? And Dyachenko (which I believe will take time from Seeld)? I know Zoidl is a decent TTer, but don't really know his level. He is better than anyone in the GC top 20, no?

Seeldraeyers has never delivered anything in a TT before. Whether thats because of motivation or level of skills I don't know, but based on his results we have to say hes the weakest of the three.

Based on prior results Dyachenko and Zoidl appear to be evenly matched, but perhaps Zoidl will be more motivated. Winning this home race (.HC) would be his biggest achievement so far and probably a ticket to WT level.

The GC podium will be very close imo.
