Interview with The Schlecks

Interesting. Thanks.

The classics-Tour approach seems to go against the typical modern day Tour winning formula, meaning winning in April and then peaking again in July versus building up shorter stage races and using the classics for training. But if it works, it works.

Frank seems to have a bit more killer attitude, age perhaps. Had a good season for having a bum knee, didn't know about that.

Andy: both on the Tour podium. They both need TT work for that. 2010 will have only one big TT somewhat like 09 (Monoco notwithstanding). They seem so at ease considering there's one spot on that podium each covets.

These guys seem really likable. Good for cycling. Please let us know when Part 2 is up.

Any Training tips?

Hi saxobank

In part 2 can you ask Frank if the "Training Advice" from Dr F was worth
the $10,000:)

I mean, c'mon, "drink cranberry juice to increase your power
to urinary tract ratio" c'mon.

good interview, but someone seriously needs to teach andy how to dress.. the tour presentation was one thing, but in that he looks like a tramp in an ill fitting suit...

the wife just turned round and said "he really wasnt designed to wear clothing"

Hi all

Frank and Andy came by the other day so of course we sat them down for a quick interview - This is the first part. Part 2 is coming Monday.

Have a nice weekend.

Thanks for the link. Love the Shlecks. Seem like a couple of really good guys.

Can't wait to see how AS improves in 2010. I'm hoping for some excellent AC/AS duels in the mountains in the TDF.

It's fashion, darling. :D
I actually think it is a very cool and edgy look.

They are sponsored by a clothing compagny:
