Do they really have something on him? Serious evidence? So far, i only heard someone else words versus the words over Armstrong and his entourage... If thats all they have nothing will happen.

Nada on Lance. Just hold on - the end is near...

Is that because I make you limp and ineffective?

Okay, I have to give it to you, that was a pretty good response. (I just couldn't go all misogynistic on you because I would have to write things that are offensive to me. Nice way to corner me. Tip of the hat.)

Dude, you are a worthy adversary, and the most fun I have on this site. Thanks for the snappy repartee!

Its fun, and having my *** handed to me now and then is good for the constitution. Cheers!

As stated, cheating is a human problem. Man has been trying to stop it since it began, yet it continues. I don't condone it, but you, me nor any other human is powerful enough to stop it. I don't have a solution, people are trying . . . and that's okay as was stated by Oldman ... as long as the innocents don't get hurt in the process.

That said . . if you're a pro cyclist, cheat and get caught, you pay the price. I've no issue with that. It doesn't seem to be slowing it down much though. I'm sorry those that love the sport from the inside have to witness this . . . .

The deal with Armstrong is it's so after the fact. They've tried and tried to catch him but did not. Now they try a new way to nab him. It just seems a bit vindictive to me, an outsider to the inside of the sport.

Armstrong raced this year, this is very current.

Who tired to catch him? The UCI? You must be joking.

Armstrong is still racing? OMG!

Nobody told me, and I was so hoping to see him ride again.

Dave.

P.S. When it comes to the UCI chasing him, I will take bets on Lance being one of the three passport targeted riders that were overlooked at this year's Tour.

Topic: Is Armstrong about to admit

It is never too late. That is one big bird of paradise hovering above him.
Dave.

It must be tough not knowing who fed the bird, how much it ate and how noxious the impending guano will be. That's assuming Lance can see the bird at all.

Official warning.

Stay on topic from this post onwards or there will be direct consequences.

Maybe SI Wednesday will be a tearful confession.

Or, more likely, a preemptive holiday crush of all that is joyous in the LA delusional phantasmagoria.

Do shackles come in yellow?

Expect a BIG cancer announcement around the same time. I'm sure the Australian government will help out.

Again, nothing here but the same stupid fanboy crap that has always been posted by people with puppy love for Armstrong. Now that he is busted, you all jumped on the "so what" and "well quit watching" bandwagon. Like I said, you have no idea just how predictable you are. You and VeloFidelis should date. She is butch and willing to stick up for you. I think we may have found a love connection.

Can you read?

If it walks like a duck...

Oh, I'd better be careful though, and you too. We can only post "on-topic" posts, and this thread is about "Is Armstrong about to admit" so you'd better edit to include something about what Armstrong may admit. Me, I think he will admit that porking Ashley Simpson...I mean Ashley Olsen...or was it Mary Kate.....I don't remember? Anyway, I think he will admit that she wasn't all that great...

The highlighted is a big part of the problem.

You do dope tests, you only catch dopers
The system that supports the doping remains in place and the caught doper is replaced by a new rider who soon has choices to make to stay in the sport, so the circle continues.

What is exciting about the Federal investigation is it is not about the riders - they have a lot of evidence on them already.
This investigation is concentrating on these facilitators who are out of reach of traditional doping inquiries, particularly the money men.

The only reason why Armstrong has escaped justice to date from inside the sport is because he has bought, bribed and bullied the sport - an outside investigation should not have to clean up our sport - but as cycling has not done it then chapeau to the Feds for doing it.

Thanks for posting an opinion and explanation with some rationale.

I've stayed on topic, but you seem interested in something else.

Now, about Armstrong admitting something. I think he will finally admit that all of those suckers...er, I mean "fans" who bought into his bull**** in the past are as objectionable to him as they are to everyone else.
