With admission, why is he still racing ?

Common sense says this guy should be suddenly retired.

But, we're talking about the UCI and their U.S. proxy USAC. USAC is 'owned' by the same people who built the Armstrong myth. They aren't going to lift a finger.

Given immunity...I don't know how that would affect his present status. Pretty sure he would really like to finish out this year, if he has promised to retire right after the Tour.
...would that be an option for him I don't know.
