It looks like he traded some of his TT power for his climbing improvement this year. This ITT would be perfect for 2019 and 2020 Schachmann.

As I am saying. The only one that can beat Primož's time is Pogi. Forget about Cerny, and ammmm McNulty. Lol. He will lose too much already on the first part of the course (uphill). Pogi the only one capable of beating this.

Also Kelderman, pretty strong on a climb but with no chances on a downhill section. Primož preserved his power on a climb in order to go full gas back to Bilbao. Kelderman will not be able to go so quick.
