Hayter should not be given a team to control and a proper leadout if he can't stay on a wheel in the last corner and just doesn't have the pace, they need to sign a proper sprinter as the ones they have are completely unserious.

Yes, he lost so many positions in that last corner, reminiscent of Viviani in some ways. So sad to see him decline so quickly this early in his career.
Ineos might as well buy a decent sprinter as they've got a pretty good leadout, and their opportunities for points elsewhere are declining rapidly.

Ironically, had Roglic not crashed, the tempo on the last climb might have been a lot higher, with a reduced group going to the finish, and the big crash might not have happened either.
With that logic, Luca Mozzato was Mathieu's biggest rival in his Ronde win.
