It looked like Jonas went all in still he didn't feel comfortable in corners and had some issues in regards to ergonomy. This season ITT is an important discipline to reach your GC goals and it will be interesting to see on how Visma can improve, as currently they are behind.

So if Jonas secures 202,5 UCI points on this race then he takes UCI No.1 spot from Pogi later in April.

Okay, why does it look like he's contemplating stabbing someone with the trident?

Or maybe it's just my slightly violent tendencies speaking, and Jonas would never do such a thing...

We know he wouldn't do anything he wouldn't also do to Frida.

Rogla is just used to bruises on his butt, so Vinge's trident is nothing.
He also has a helmet to protect him and two tridents of his own to fight back.

Remco on the other hand is trying to remember if the trophy he got for winning the Tour of Norway could be of any use in a fight between the big four (Pogi has two tridents as well).

Imagine meeting him at night wearing that.

That would be pretty funny! Seriously though, I am actually quite sure the helmet is slowing them down. The moment they move their head anywhere it's incredibly un-aerodynamic.

Here's an interesting thing, he is not doing as well in the ITT, but he seems to be able to ride away from people a'la TT.

He's doing fine in time trials. From the Tour TT people have started to believe that he's some kind of TT superman, but in a one week race with less fatigue and on a flattish course he's just okay, not brilliant.

He can do better TTs than this. He will be better in the flat TT in the first week of the Tour. He already said that he needs to be in peak shape to do great time trials, it's not just because of the specific factors in the 3rd week. When he is not in peak shape, his abilities on TT resent more than in the mountains.

Despite that, he does decent TT outside of the Tour, for a guy who weighs less than quintana.

In normal conditions he is not so good like he is in the last week of the Tour, but also he is not that " bad"like TT the perfomances he showed lately. The TT in Copenhagen in worst conditions than his opponents, shows that.

Of course nobody expect that he will take time on his opponents in the first flat TT of the Tour, but he will not lose much time if he goes in peak shape.

Weighs less than Quintana? Eheheh, good joke. And no, quintana doesn't have 58 kg in Tour's shape.

What is your source? "Trust me bro?"

Unless you have a better source, most all of information says 59 kg.

"The Team Arkea-Samsic has three models for its team; The Lightweight Canyon Ultimate CF SLX for climbers, the Canyon Aerohead for the fast Sprinters and the Canyon Speedmax for the whole team on Time Trial races.

Nairo Quintana measures 167cm tall and he weights 59kg at peak performance condition. He is a climber type of road racer."

I hope all the riders who crashed will be okay. unfortunately, I don't think Jonas Vingegaard will be 100% ready for the Tour de France, so he probably has to set new goals for the season if he will be ready at all this season. It looked so terrible that crash😥😥😭😭😭😭😭

Firstable let's see if it's nothing serious. I think the future of him in cycling is not important at the moment.
