That's what Remco should have done instead of going to UAE Tour. Paris-Nice or Tirreno-Adriatico.He is racing Paris Nice
It seems all the best competitors are going to Paris-Nice. Del Toro will win Tirreno-Adriatico.

Roglic might have something to say about that. That's what Remco should have done instead of going to UAE Tour. Paris-Nice or Tirreno-Adriatico.

In 2026, I have doubts about whether he can compete with Del Toro on a route like this. Emilia is the race that suits Roglic best, and he couldn't even follow Del Toro's wheel.Roglic might have something to say about that.
Yeah, but I doubt Rogla wants to race with Remco. In 2026, I have doubts about whether he can compete with Del Toro on a route like this. Emilia is the race that suits Roglic best, and he couldn't even follow Del Toro's whekl.

I don't want to be mean but I'm pretty sure Remco would trade his palmares for Vingegaard's palmares.Maybe if he gains 5kg he might be able to win a monument for once
I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter. I'm not even sure I would trade that palmares. But I was never such a fan of GT's anyway, personal opinion.I don't want to be mean but I'm pretty sure Remco would trade his palmares for Vingegaard's palmares.
Remco told in a interview that he only used to watch 3 races: PR, RVV and the Tour. I was stunned by the fact he didn't follow LBL, the other big race in Belgium.I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter. Footballers... My favourite race was always LBLRemco told in a interview that he only used to watch 3 races: PR, RVV and the Tour. I was stunned by the fact he didn't follow LBL, the other big race in Belgium.
The Tour is what makes him go so hard on training, it's his biggest dream.
Winning the Tour even once trumps Evenepoel's entire palmares. The Tour is cycling's holy grail.I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter. I'm not even sure I would trade that palmares. But I was never such a fan of GT's anyway, personal opinion.
World Cup finals traumatized me....Winning the Tour even once trumps Evenepoel's entire palmares. The Tour is cycling's holy grail.
That doesn't necessarily mean it's the best or most entertaining race. The final of the World Cup in football often isn't very entertaining either. But it's the one everybody wants to win.
That’s taking it way too far. I agree with the broader point, but no way would I put G’s or Bernal’s palmares over a Remco or Roglic.Winning the Tour even once trumps Evenepoel's entire palmares. The Tour is cycling's holy grail.

Until 80s, Fleche Wallonne was more important than LBL.Remco told in a interview that he only used to watch 3 races: PR, RVV and the Tour. I was stunned by the fact he didn't follow LBL, the other big race in Belgium.

Lol, this is obviously subjective, but if that's how you feel... I think that's completely ridiculous.Winning the Tour even once trumps Evenepoel's entire palmares. The Tour is cycling's holy grail.

Okay… can I have a personal opinion? That I find WC RR, 2x LBL, Vuelta, 3x WC ITT and OG double more interesting than a single TDF like Pereiro?Eddy Merckx won everything he could in his era and says that his first Tour de France is by far his greatest achievement. Pogacar always says the same thing about 2020 Tour de France.
I don't know a single rider who would say that their first Tour de France wasn't their greatest achievement.
For what it's worth I think Xabi Alonso is still traumatized too, he's still picking bits of stud out of his ribcage.World Cup finals traumatized me....
