Don't think he should concentrate on **** small races like LBL. We all know the TDF is the only race that matters. Beyond me why the season isn't just 3 weeks long. It'll save a lot of the overhyped crap you get when **** small cyclo-cross races like Paris Roubaix are on.

For me, he should enter LBL once and win it to prove what a crap race it is and then concentrate on then TDF. Either that or concentrate on the only other race that really matters, the Tour of California.

I raced against him a few times in xc mtb (SW UK), everyone was racing for 2nd place whenever he turned up.. makes me feel a bit better for having him kick my ***, seeing as he's now done the same to Garzelli and Navarro!

Seemed a nice enough guy from what I remember, good luck to him.
