Thoughts? Comments? Personally I think he's served his time and deserves another chance. I'd be surprised to see him get to the tour, as desperate as Lampre is, but I could see him riding the Vuelta. Also, try not to turn this into a doping discussion.

He spent his ban as some other guys (see Vino) so I dont see why he shouldnt be back.
The fun part is that Lampre seems to have a crush for guys who has been banned (low price?).
