They're classed as 'fraudulent'

Some people inject a synthetic filler into their muscles called 'Synthol'.

This practice is not only disgusting, but very dangerous...

Right, so what we have here as an example is the definition/difference in leg muscles. (I'm sure everybody knows how to work the upper body already.)

I mean, can you see it? (One is all ballooned, the other is definition-ed.)
