If I were a pro cyclist I would just suck wheels all the way to Huy and then smoke whomever attacked first in the last stretch. This isn't that hard.

You're aiming to high, this will only result in heartbreak. Make a realistic offer, you'll get bad results in the classics for let's say Bora, but you'll do it for half the price.

Basically that's my retirement plan, go to the Hertha management and tell them: in contrast to who you have signed right now, I am loyal, and I won't score goals either, but for a quater of the price.

Alapahillipe might actually have a chance in this one. His acceleration in amstel gold may have been practice for today.
He should do the same as last Sunday: attack after 200 km and reach the top with Pogacar just behind him.

That's what old Alejandro did five times.

You should offer yourself to Manchester United. They'd probably pay you double for those kind of services.

Pre-race interiews:

Evenepoel: We'll make the race as hard as possible the moment we get on the circuit
Pogacar: I'm still fresh mentally and physically
Nys: I'll win here in the future, but more likely that I lose today than that I win
Pidcock: Not as good as I was in Strade, but form is growing.

What did Skjelmose say?
I remember him being quite confident before this race last year, so the win on Sunday should be a massive boost for him.

I don't believe Nys much :tearsofjoy:
After what he did at the Indurain GP and Poland.
At least he is one of the three big favorites, if not the most, in the sprint.

And Pogacar contradicts what we saw at Amstel and what his team has said, saying he needs
who needs to recover his form for Liège
Obviously, he's not going to say he doesn't feel well enough to be attacked.

Evenepoel, Valentin Madouas and Anthony Delaplace are the 3 guys put forward by riders union for this eace
Seems surprising. Not a comment against Remco but I don’t think a race favourite should be part of the decision in any case. This would be across the board so no top sprinter for a flat stage, no MVDP/Mads P etc in the classics and no Jonas/Primoz/Tadej/Remco in stage races.

Too much conflict of interest potential.
